Founder, Electra Frost Advisory

A Chartered Tax Adviser, FIPA Qualified Accountant and Xero Gold Partner in business since 2008, Electra’s passion for developing small to medium businesses in innovative and evolving industries has brought her from Sydney to Brisbane and all the way to the enterprising Queensland central coast. 

Highly sought after by scale-ups for her expertise in business structuring, cloud business tools, digital commerce and international tax, Electra works online with clients Australia-wide and overseas, and on-site in Queensland.

Electra founded Electra Frost Advisory to help business owners achieve the level of growth and success desired to meet their personal life goals, by becoming more immersed in all areas of their businesses to keep them accountable to those goals.

Electra provides oversight, review and quality management of all our services to ensure standards of excellence are maintained. She also connects our clients to a unique ecosystem of technology service providers, legal practitioners, financial advisors, lenders, marketing experts and start-up resources in her network. 

A 30 year resident of inner-city Sydney, Electra is now more geographically flexible thanks to modern technologies. She’s available for meetings at our Brisbane and Agnes Water offices and on Video. She also visits Sydney for client catch-ups.

Kristie Ogden

BAcc, MIPA, Tax Agent and Accountant

Kristie is a fully Qualified Accountant with Institute of Public Accountants and Registered Tax Agent who has nearly 10 years of experience assisting small to medium sized business with their tax and financial reporting.

Since joining us in 2017, Kristie has progressed with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program, applying her business advisory know-how on a regular basis with our clients.

Kristie manages our clients’ tax returns, financial statements and lodgments. She enjoys meeting clients for their monthly reporting, and prepares budgets, cash flow forecasts and performance analysis with KPI’s and benchmarks to help our clients better manage their businesses.


Lisa Wilson

BAcc, MIPA, BAS Agent, Digital Business Accountant

Lisa’s an Expert Xero & App Ecosystem Advisor, a professionally Qualified Accountant with the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and a BAS agent. She can  make your accounting and business systems work exactly as they should.

Since joining us in 2016, she’s become a cloud accounting, GST, payroll and tax specialist for a wide range of businesses in the entertainment, technology, e-commerce, retail, hospitality and services industries.

Lisa loves showing clients how to make the most of their accounting tech stacks and POS to save countless hours, boost profits and easily access the information they need to make critical decisions about their businesses. 

Jenni Hounsell

Dip. Accounting, Bookkeeper

Jenni is our tech savvy bookkeeper with experience in all manner of SME’s, STP, cloud business tools, paperless e-filing apps, digital business, payroll, BAS and tax preparation.

Her 15 years of experience as a bookkeeper has been gained within accounting firms where she’s been professionally trained, exposed to various complexities and has absorbed a high level of knowledge.

Jenni provides in-house bookkeeping services for us to deliver a high quality product efficiently and within clients’ budgets. She works in lock step with our accounting team to help drive the practice’s workflow.


Gyana Mergelian

Client Concierge, Bookkeeper

Gyana joined us in 2017 with over 15 years of of administration and internal accounts experience. She knows what’s going on, who’s doing what, what the computer gremlins are up to and how to herd cats. If there’s a mystery behind a number, Gyana will solve it.

Gyana assists Lisa and Jenni with our clients’ bookkeeping, software and app integrations, while also completing a Diploma of Payroll.

Gyana is always modelling beautiful jewellery made by her artist mother, tells hilarious stories and rescues lost dogs on her way to work.
